Track Order

To check your order status, you can either login to your account or track directly using your order number .

We have hyperlocal logistics model it makes it very simple and swift delivery for your products.

Shipping Time

Shipping time will be dependent on the product ordered and would be specified on the product details page.

Shipping time is indicative, and can vary due to external factors.

Additional Handling Costs

For some bulky products such as cement, wood, etc., the shipping and handling costs specified might not include the cost of door-step delivery in a multi-storied building (like climbing each floor, etc.)

This additional cost would have to be paid directly to the delivery personnel, the range for which would be specified on the product details page. Alternatively, you can arrange to have the products picked up from the ground floor.

Damage to Products

Central Mart will be responsible for all products until they are delivered to the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of products upon arrival and sign the acknowledgement slip.

In case of any damage or issues, the delivery personnel should be informed immediately.

Cancel, Returns & Replacements


You can cancel orders free of cost before they have been shipped out.

Currently, we do not allow order cancellations post-shipment due to the bulky nature of our products and high shipping and handling costs. 

In special cases, order cancellations post-shipment can be considered. However, we will refund the invoice amount subject to deduction of shipping and handling costs as well as reverse logistics costs.


We accept return requests for delivered products only in the following cases:

  • If the product delivered is different from the product ordered

  • If the product delivered is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

Return requests should be raised within 7 days from delivery.

We generally do not offer returns or refunds for any other reasons except for the above.

The returned product will be exchanged with a new one. If an identical replacement is not available, we will recommend similar products. Or just give you a refund of the entire invoice value, with our apologies!

In special cases, other returns can be considered subject to reverse logistics and related costs applicable to the customer.


You will need to preserve the original invoice and shipping label of the products you wish to return.

Refunds generally take 15 working days to process.

Unavailability of Products

In spite of our best efforts, there might be a time when the products you want to buy are out of stock or cannot be delivered to your desired address due to logistical limitations. In such a scenario, we will personally suggest the best alternative options to you, or refund the full amount if you have already paid us. Not to worry!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Transparent, Everyday Low Prices

We are working relentlessly to offer you the most competitive and transparent prices for each and every product we sell, and have adopted the “Everyday Low Prices” model to ensure you get round-the-year discounts on our entire selection.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees.

Value Added Tax (VAT), Central Sales Tax (CST), Octroi, Local Body Tax (LBT), etc are indirect taxes under the Indian taxation system. They are to be borne by the ultimate consumer of the product.

When you purchase a product on Central Mart, the applicable taxes will be shown on the cart before you proceed to the payment. The rate of tax differs from product to product. Any other charges over and above the final price shown on the cart are borne by Central Mart. Further, for some products the total tax is borne by Central Mart. There are no hidden charges of any nature, and you pay only the amount which is shown on the cart.

The M.R.P. displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself as shared by manufacturers or merchants. While we attempt to ensure that this information is accurate, there may be cases where M.R.P. of the product delivered is different from the M.R.P. given on the website due to various reasons including time lag in updating prices post changes in M.R.P., product belonging to a different batch or different M.R.P.s being used by manufacturers or merchants in different regions.

We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 150 for all orders irrespective of value or location.

Cash and Cheque

Due to the bulky nature of most of our products and the high logistical costs attached, we have a policy of having Cash Before Delivery and Cheque In Advance as payment options for orders.

Once you confirm an order with either of these payment options, our authorized representative will visit you within 2 working days to pick-up the cash or cheque equivalent to the order value.

The shipping and delivery will only happen once the cash or cheque has been successfully deposited into our bank account. Hence, you should consider a delay of 3-5 working days in shipping over and above the shipping time specified on the product details page.

CVV and 3D Secure

All credit and debit card transactions require you to enter the CVV number and 3-D secure password to provide you with increased protection while making payments using your card

  • CVV stands for Card Verification Value and is generally the last three digits of the number present on the back of your card. It's located in or near the area where you sign your card. We will ask for your CVV number every time you place an order to ensure enhanced security of your transaction

  • For American Express cards, you will need to enter the zip/pincode of the billing address registered with your card. American Express will use this information as an additional security measure to approve your transaction


EMI means Equated Monthly Installment, where customer is given a flexibility to break big purchases into smaller monthly installments based on the tenure selection.

A minimum purchase value of INR 2,500 is required to avail the EMI facility for tenures of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months on select products.

We support credit cards from 9 banks for availing the EMI facility (Debit cards/ cash cards are not supported):

EMI facility is at the sole discretion of your bank, and may also be rejected. For any queries regarding foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transaction or on amounts charged on your credit card, please contact your bank.
